Dividend History Policy
In line with the rules issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), Ezdan Holding Group adopts a disciplined and prudent approach to dividend distribution. Distributions are recommended by the Board of Directors and submitted for the approval of the General Assembly, taking into account the Group's realized net profits, available liquidity, reserve requirements, future capital and investment plans, and prevailing market conditions, in accordance with the Group's Articles of Association and applicable regulations. Rather than committing to a fixed distribution ratio or schedule, the Board retains full discretion over the timing, form, and amount of any distribution, with the objective of preserving the Group's financial strength and maximizing sustainable shareholder value over the long term.
